[Mod] how can I create a mod that sets the phq office outside the sector?

So late in my game I go to my phq office and it is really laggy since I have a bunch of ships and drones flying around.

My idea is to set the office in its own sector so that the ships and drones do not effect performance..and to also get rid of all the annoying ship sounds.

Not sure about your exact question.

But have you looked at PHQ Warp ? Can use that to move it to another sector.

Could maybe create a small subsector and move it there.

I believe they want their personal office to be in a different sector from the rest of the PHQ.

That is probably solved in a simpler way by adding the "personal office" room to all docking modules, or something.

Changing part of a station to be somewhere else sounds like it might run into engine limitations.
