Inter Faction Relations MOD request

Hello X4 Moders , you guys make this simulation complete.

I have a MOD request if anyone can help.

Looking for Interfaction relationship MOD, i have ways to handle user/faction relationship.
To be clear its MOD to control relationship between factions.

I am currently trying FOCW, which the moder kindly helped me add interfaction relation control for most factions.

But there are some issues
1. Its not all factions, by that i mean all except Xenon & Khak, this is not the case with FOCW.

2. So far using FOCW it does not seem the settings for faction relationship have any effect, at least based on checking faction relations in X4 encyclopedia. Basically relations set in FOCW not reflected in game Encyclopedia or actions of factions inside the game.

So in effect i got no mod for this feature right now.
Used to use Illuminati MOD from Werit, but that is now no longer compatible with latest x4 3.3.

IN summary looking for a simple tool that just writtes in game faction relations i set in a text file.
Maybe writtes it once only on every game load while the MOD is enabled.
