Mod Request: Enhanced Advanced Satellite Range

Only 30km? WEAK!
I always thought the Advanced Satellite in X3 also tied into the sensors of nearby stations and ships (that was before I saw them deployed in empty sectors).

Let's bump up the range a bit. Or a lot.
The Teladi are known for creating a standardized currency, ship insurance, and insurance fraud.
