[6.0 H5] raptor flies into xenon station range while staying away just fine for 10 minutes

raptor moves to xenon station range, even though it was staying away for most of siege. Pilot has 4 stars, all turrets are set to attack fighters.

Please help with this - late game AI keeps being major headache, and i keep seeing "give us a save to repro", and here it is, the save to repro.

That first save had user error - L turrets had attack capitals. I've changed L turrets to defend, after which raptor flew right under the station (so it's even worse). https://www.dropbox.com/s/84nu5em664gy0 ... ml.gz?dl=0
