investigate split / casino module research

Hi

I'm on this mission and found the habitats for all races. All other stations did pop up with bar but splits seem to have no-go policy for alcohol ie there's no bar showing up. So I'm pretty much stuck here. Tried reload, no help there. If I go outside the game shows the station, the yellow line is there leading to elevator when ship is docking, but vanishes as i go outside
