V 5.10 Problem with Data Vaults (they are all the same model and empty)

Hail to everyone, after 19 maybe 20 data vault found i've decided to complet the Historian Mission.
Now every data vault i found is with the same model, and completely empty!

I've completed all quest and the only MOD used is "Learn all the things"

Is there a solution?

It sounds as though you may need to verify your game installation. Are you sure you are not revisiting vaults that you have explored before?

No, they were all new.
I will try to reinstall the game

Please at least try verifying before reinstalling - it's much more simple.

I've try to check gamesfile in Steam, the installation seems to be fine.

Additional info:
I've made all the plots
Finishied all the terraforms missions
Boarded the Erlking (but not found every data vaults)
Wiped out all xenox activity
Wiped out all Sacred Order activity
