[BUG?] 5.10 Noisy Erlking console

I don't know if this is a bug, but either way. PLEASE remove the sound coming from the console on the Erlking.

You can hear this loud electronic ?ticking? while using almost any control system on the bridge. It is crazy if this was intention to make being on the bridge so audibly annoying.
