10700k, 16gigs of cl16 3600 ram, 3070ti, game is on a secondary ssd.

I get stuttering early in game and fps drop to low 40s in roid fields, near stations. Literally not even 2 hours into a new game. What can I do to improve performance?

Without any of the information requested at the top of the forum, specifically your DXDiag, vulkaninfo, version, and whether or not it's modified, it's pretty much impossible to provide you with any relevant advice.

if that the same guy i told him to unplug external devices like xbox controllers ( confirmed that Bluetooth for xbox cont makes x4 and other games lose fps), he didn't have xbox cont but some other device can't remember, after unpluging it everything worked fine
