Hi, your links include two VullkanInfo and no crashdumps.

Your DxDiag looks OK until you get to the Windows Error Reporting at the end where your system is showing all sorts of critical system issues such as LIveKernelEvents, KernelBase.dll issues and a BlueScreen. Those are not gamecode issues but indicate a system or driver issue. At least two are linked to nvwgf2umx.dll which indicates in particular a Nvidia driver issue.

I would try the following: clean update, clean reinstall or clean roll-back of your Nvidia driver. Once done, disable the Nvidia *sound* device and driver if you don't use them - In Device Manager, Sound/Audio Devices, right-click on a device in the listing for a disable/enable pop-up.

Good luck.

Hi Alan,

Appreciate your response!

I have done a clean reinstall of the Nvidia driver (latest version 526.98) and disabled the Nvidia audio device but still got a crash.

Sorry about the incorrect link to the crash dump- here is the latest one:

One thing that's weird is that some days I can play for hours without ever crashing and then on some it crashes after a few minutes of loading into a game.

Could be due to system instability. If any part of your memory is overclocked, including XMP, try reverting it to default/stock. If this solves the crash then you can try enabling the overclocks individually to find which is unstable and requires tuning. XMP memory profiles might not always be stable.

Updating UEFI, chipset drivers, and the like might also be a good idea in case there improve stability.

Use a tool like hardwareinfo to monitor your CPU and GPU temperatures. If thermal throttling is occuring, then there could be issues with your cooling, such as improper contact or restricted airflow.
