The game completely loses sound - Appears resolved by disabling Nvidia sound device.

There is a sound at startup, but disappears after a while of playing.
For a moment the game freezes, then everything works, but the sound disappears completely. It only helps to completely exit the game and start again.

Game version is 5.10 (479084), russian localization, license from GOG.
Windows 10.

If you only use the Realtek sound device (for which you have several different output versions working in parallel) then try disabling your Nvidia sound device and its sound driver in Device Manager, Sound/Audio Devices (right-click on a device in the listing for a disable/enable pop-up). This has helped some players with sound issues.

You might be able to reduce the number of Realtek output versions playing in the same way, but do not disable any device output that you do use. See if any of this helps at all. Good luck.

Thanks a lot! Helped! Played for 8 hours, the sound is ok.

For a number of reasons, I use different audio outputs for speakers and headphones, I switch between them in 2 clicks through the tray icon. It's comfortable. There were no problems with this before.
