[1840]Worker Welfare Stuck Checkpoint

Hi,

Trying to do the working welfare race but, the checkpoint is stuck in one of the gates and won't move no matter how many times I fly through it or how fast or how slow, even if I just sit right on top of it, it won't register my ship at all. Not sure how I can reset this as I have no saves from before the issue. Is there a work around for how I can fix this?

Does anyone know how to fit this? Is it possible to edit the game files to manually progress the mission?

Best would be to share a save so it can be looked into. Otherwise much more description of what is asked exactly and what you are doing is needed.

Basically I'm trying to complete the worker welfare time trial but the checkpoint is stuck at the first gate and won't register my ship when I fly through it. I've made attempts to edit the save file but not quite got it working yet, I was trying to roll back the mission to the previous step before starting the race. Managed to get it partly rolled back but, not correctly so still can't do it.

Please don't bump threads here, especially after just hours! Moderators probably will not be able to investigate although they might have advice or suggestions that may or may not be useful. The devs are your best bet but they are rather busy having a great weekend!

This save is modified though, not sure if its the cause. In any case its noted and we'll look into it, but would be ideal if this could be reproduced in non modified game.

It wasn't modified at the time it happened, I added some mods later in hope that I could fix it so the issue is the same regardless of mods or no mods.

If you are having a problem then, as already explained earlier in this thread, you will need to provide a savegame so that someone can take a look.
