L Miner endlessly trying to dock in a Auxiliary ship - Resolved itself.

I used the Resupply/Repair At command from a Hokkaido L Miner to a Monitor XL Auxiliary and it seems that it's trying to Dock into the Auxiliary. I've used this command in Destroyers and they didn't try to Dock. Is this a bug or am I doing something incorrectly?

Please disregard. After a very long time the ship was finally repaired and didn't Dock. I see that the Docking command is issued but they don't actually dock.
