Well, O to the power 2 (ie O squared, or O * O), but I know what you mean.
I'm also not sure why wheelchair users would want Oxygen more than or separately to that of other people/patients but I guess it means Emergency or Top-up Oxygen for all needs.

To clarify what the topic creator is reporting. The texture incorrectly shows the chemical formula for Oxygen with a superscript 2 as opposed to subscript 2. The correct way to write the chemical formula for Oxygen, at least in English, can be seen on this page.

@ Imperial Good: Sure, I wasn't disagreeing with the underlying graphics issue report, just the 'what it means [now]' bit. The forums can be educational too. (I read your techie posts, so I know!)
