[3.2] Few minor UI bugs - Devs on the cases.

I started new game (Fires of Defeat) and found a few bugs in UI.
1. Even though tooltips are turned off they are still showing. It is very annoying.
2. Controls for selecting targets and selecting surface elements are mixed up. My target management section looks like this https://i.imgur.com/W25Hjgl.png but when I press Home/\End I select surface elements.
3. After building a new ship you can nor talk to pilot neither make him/her to stand up. There are just no changes in UI: https://i.imgur.com/2umJNnN.png If there is another your ship at this station, you can fix the situation by sitting in the pilot's seat and getting up, otherwise you have to save and load the game.
4. If you have a ship with empty weapon slots after buying new weapon it will be added to the first fire scheme but will not be shown at the right part of the pilot interface: https://i.imgur.com/aGWsG1X.png You have to remove it from fire scheme and add again to fix the situation.

The option incorrectly only worked if a new session was started (or something else triggered a ui reload). Fixed in an upcoming build.

Cannot reproduce. Can you provide the inputmap.xml file from your personal X4 folder?

Still cannot reproduce. Any relevant third-party software involved? Can you try remapping them and see if the key matches what is shown in the menu?

Item 4 has been fixed in the dev build - the fix is expected to go into the next 4.0 beta version (4.0 beta 11 at the time of writing this).
