[1760]Fleet Resupply Tutorial - Stuck on "Select Global Orders"

Location in tutorial: In the "Fleet Resupply" tutorial, when it asks you to go to the "Global Order" page in "Player Information".

Condition: "Global Orders" was the last used page in Player Information before the tutorial.

Bug: The tutorial will no longer progresses past the "Open Global Orders Page" indicator.

If the any other page but "Global Orders" was the last used page in Player Information, the tutorial progresses normally. I reloaded to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and tried multiple passes of the tutorial with the bug condition above being met or not met.

I'm playing on 3.0B4HF2.
Playing X4+All_DLC 6.20 Build - on:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X; RAM: 4x8GB DDR4 3200MHz; GPU: GTX 1070 8GB, Driver v516.94, DirectX 12.0; OS: Win10 Home 22H2 (19045.3086); Monitor: Single Acer S232HL 1920x1080
