2.5 OOS newly built L/XL ships undock teleport

Order a L/XL ship, wait for time to get near zero and watch the ship OOS on the map

It will teleport out of the shipyard and then travel back to the point from where it should start undocking and then undock near the shipyard

the whole time it has a undock order

the point is it takes a long time to undock

I'm not 100% but IS it undocks properly, didn't check but OOS is always buged
Fixed ships getting spawned away from ship configuration menu at resupply ships from automatically getting deployables.
