Can't finish combat training, 7.20 - old bug or new?

After I kill the courier target there is no more narration, all mission target markers disapear and the mission breaks. Is that an old problem or is due to the 7 beta? In all the decades I've played this series I never played tutorials, but now i'm being forced to if I want to play Timelines (which I now can't since combat tutorial is broken).

It's technically a new bug since the tutorials have been updated with the beta.
