I'm afraid there probably won't be an option to pre-order X4: Timelines ahead of its release, it's not something that Steam is keen on doing for DLC (unless we're talking about AAA things like Elden Ring, Cyberpunk etc. - we're not quite there

However, if you wishlist X4: Timelines on Steam, you will be notified automatically once it's released, so that you don't miss that.
