[Request] Randomize Name for Custom Starts

A simple random name generator for custom starts would be a nice roleplaying feature. A name generation system is already in the game for NPC crew, so I imagine it would be feasible to pipe the table and algorithm used for that into the custom start menu. Just a button next to the player name entry field, that fills it with something fits in the X universe, based on the currently selected character model.
