Request to integrate Reactive Docking MOD

With the carrier now equipped with the new Position Defense command, there's no longer a reason to maintain the exclusive docking method for it.

Currently, due to fighter AI issues, it's challenging for patrol fighters to properly follow L ships. However, with reactive docking, this problem is effectively resolved.

Additionally, implementing reactive docking will enable carriers to utilize the general "launch" function, helping players who prefer not to use the Position Defense command but still wish to optimize fighter docking times.
