[REQUEST] All sectors explored option

How much trouble would it be to add an "All sectors explored" checkbox option under the universe section of custom game starts? As it is you have the tedious option of checking each sector to deploy satellites accomplishing the same thing then spend more time deleting them. Yes, if you play modified the Sector Explorer mod is a good option but has it's quirks as well. Much simpler to add the option at the start. Would be a QOL improvement much appreciated!
