I have a feeling that I can't find one of my ships - Explained.

Ok, the trick is:
Tell one of your small ships: to dock and wait at some (not own) large ship. The goal here is to track that large ship. I was just curious what will happen with it. Well, I sold boarded Asgard to HOP and wanted to know what will happen with the ship next.
After some time the docked ship "disappeared". I suspect it went to "internal storage". I am ok with that.
But why I can't find it in my property list?
Also I can't find the captain assigned to the ship in personnel management page.
Is this expected by design?..
Maybe let us see ships in internal storage in property list also?

My gues is that the ship went to a shipyard where they break it down for spare parts and because your ship was in there it dissapeared along with the other ship.
Factions will only go with ships which belongs to their own faction. Whenever you sell them to someone else they send it to shipyard to break it down.

Check your logs. It probably got destroyed when the Asgard was recycled.

Like they said above, check your Logs. Its likely the ship was destroyed. You'll have a log entry stating such, but it won't say why. Same thing happens if you delete a dock with ships currently docked on it at one of your stations.

I did find "ship destroyed" in the logs.
According to the location seems it died among with the Asgard in HOP vs PAR war.

Maybe let us see ships in internal storage in property list also?

That's my mistake, we already can see docked and located in internal storage ships in property list.
[In my case the ship was already destroyed.]
