[Feature request] Tutorial component target reticules and scan mode

There is a cool feature in the combat scenario tutorial where the enemy K's subsystems all have targetting reticules. This is a great feature but its absent from the rest of the game? If its there I havent found it.

I'de request that you add perhaps a new 'Advanced Combat Scanner' hardware/software to buy for our ships, and when we enable scan mode and scan a target ship these reticules appear? Would also be nice if this advanced scanner made the info monitor display more info than normal, such as "Turrets 4/10" "Shields 1/4" etc so we can see instantly if anything is left on the target rather than cycling with page up/down. The advanced scanner could also increase scan range to like 3k at least.
