Station worker

Are there any informations about the growth of the workforce in a station?
I have enough space, but i can build the modules much faster than getting the workers.
In my mega complex i need round 28.000 and have just 3800.
It looks like each hour will come round about 70 more and with this speed, it will take ages to fill the station.
