Acceleration affected by viewing map
My acceleration drops to zero when I view the map, is that intended behaviour? Is it possible to disable it? Sometimes I just want to set a course and examine the map on my own (without using auto pilot).
Re: Acceleration affected by viewing map

They should have made this ON in the default setting. Just my 2cr.
If you want to go fast, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.

Re: Acceleration affected by viewing map
Be careful when flying with map on - aparently mroe often than not it turn "no clip" on your ship which will make you able to fly trough solid object like Asteroids and even stations sometimes.
Hwever when you exit the map you will be back to normal which coudl trap you inside station/asteroid model.
WHat is even more disturbing that it don't even work 100% for the asteroids - sometimes I do crash into asteroid when flying with map on.
