When will I get my Steam key from Egosoft?

So I bought the game 2 weeks ago direct from Egosoft yet I have not received a Steam key yet. Is this normal, will it be sent nearer the 30th?

I emailed Egosoft but got no reply as yet.

I received my key right after I ordered X4 from Egosoft. Did it by chance end up in your junk/spam folder?
