[solved] Oculus tracking issues - workaround available

The center of my view is jumping around every minute. If I loock forward, suddenly I am looking sidewards and so on.
I am using the oculus version with touch controllers btw.

@ 2happy ... Have you tried to re-center your position on the keyboard,,, press the tilde key .... the one below the esc key...
Otherwise you may need to re-set your sensor positions/location ....
Using Rift and not having that problem unless you mean when initially loading the game ... ?

I never had problems like this before in any game. The matter I mentioned the rift has too reasons:
- Mi first try was with Oculus and XBone controller, no tracking issues.
- Today I wanted to try out the new movement system with the touch controllers. And my impression is, that if i stear with motion controll while moving my head, this confuses the system and the tracking goes mad.
But sometimes it just recenters if I am looking at something besides me....

Pointing at objects and devices in the ship works perfect, so it is not the tracking itselves - if you understand.

Using the keyboard with the oculus is no good option, so no, I did not try this, I allways hop into oculus home for recentering wich is quite annoying tbh.

Translation:
The point to rest the thumb on the left Touch Controller is mapped to camera reset by default. Either remap the function or leave your thumb on buttons or the stick.
