By restricted, I mean are not able to be used in VR mode but can be used in 2d mode.

Do you have anything specific in mind? Otherwise I would say that keyboard commands in 2D and VR mode are identical.

Then the issue is my microphone in the HTC Vive. I probably need to retrain voice attack on my Vive microphone. I was thinking maybe some keyboard commands were disabled.
