Can you enter stations? - WAD

Not just dock but walk around the station... all the doors seem to be locked

It looks like the doors are only closed when you don't have a mission on that station.

For example, try to pick a passenger mission on the Bulletin Board. Land on the station and the doors should open.

However, in general they are closed off yes; there is a mod made by eMYNOOCK on this page that will open them all up.
