Station Total Build Resources List?

I've not been able to find a list of the total resources needed to build stations with all modules, for the purpose of loading up the construction ships with enough supplies to finish the station from the beginning.
I'm aware you can look up the resouces for each module of the build plan in game. It's incredibly tedious adding up each individual resource with a calculator for every station. Surely I'm missing something or someone has already published this critical information somewhere?

Nope. They only build one stage at a time anyway and they only tell you what they need for that specific stage.
You will HAVE to do all the paperwork out of game I'm afraid.

I didn't think I spoke German, but I am able to understand that list.
Thanks Rainer that's awesome. I should have guessed that the most efficient ways to build stations would be on a German board.
