Just kidding - awesome news guys. Best of luck with the new projects. I just have 2 questions.

1. Will XR: VR be playable without the VR headset (i'd love to try out XR in a new engine)
2. Where can I toss money at you for the X4 early access? :D

Thanks for confirmation. Christmas came early for me this year.
New to X? Totally frustrated because you don't know where to start? So was I. Save yourself a few hours of frustration and check out daviddowner's X3 Walkthrough! Srsly, it's worth it.

I have to admit i never got further then 30 minutes in X:R but i still occasionally play X3, So im very very interested in X4

This is great news !

All I want is :
-Built in territory system (for war and other things)
-Voice acting more in line with X² than what we have with XR
-No more highways , or rather if we have them more like how its done in HoL rather than default XR

Keep up the great work egosoft!

X4! I'm so glad you decided to do this. X3 (all versions of it) is still my all time favorite game. Pure fun. Really really looking forward to X4. :)

Are we going to be able to pilot capital ships in X4 ? Becuse i dont think it would be true X4 if that is not the case....
Anyway thanks for fixing/improving long range ships AI :D

i am pretty sure ego already said no to that.
if not stated otherwise everything i post is licensed under WTFPL

Ich mache keine S&M-Auftragsarbeiten, aber wenn es fragen gibt wie man etwas umsetzen kann helfe ich gerne weiter ;)

I wont do Script&Mod Request work, but if there are questions how to do something i will GLaDly help ;)

I personally prefer fighters or M6's.... But AI can never be good as human pilot (especially Egos AI ;) ). It wouldn't hurt them to add this in to the game and I'm sure lots of people are looking forward to it. Or at least make it easy to mod so community can do it them self...

my hypetrain has collided with a silly spacecraft called some skunk or whatever and its now broken. "fly many different" is not enough :( why are there restrictions already? fly everything i can encounter or nothing. sry, this is a selling point for me. i know im just one so i dont expect anything.

and why dont just have a pilot seat, take it if you wanna fly it or stay out if you wanna command it? more options are always better than no options. I think many of us still want to fly those ships manually

OMG X3 Reunion VR!!??

I never bothered with X3R because it was basically a stripped down over simplified version of X3 that wasn't worth the time but this VR version excites me so much. Please don't screw this up!!
