<RefObj> = The ship sending the message.
<Var/Number> = The id number for the audio message you want to send.
Sends an audio/video message to the player with the ship specified in <RefObj> being the “source” of the message.
The message is different depending on the race that owns <RefObj>, or according to the race of the pilot (in the case of pirate-owned ships).
There are four classes of messages, each with its own symbolic constant in the script editor's “Select Constant” list:
Example:
$police.ship send audio message 77 to player
That would be one of those pesky cops that patrol about.
