<RefObj> = The object to apply changes.
<Var/Num> = The number or numeric variable to represent the speed of the ship.
Setting speed above the maximum will only yield the maximum. In order to 'overtune' a ship, more engine tunings have to be added via a script.
Sets the speed of a movable object (a ship) to the <Var/Num>.
Example:
$PlaySpeed = [PLAYERSHIP] get current speed
$EnemyShip set ship speed to $PlaySpeed
Would set the ship marked as $EnemyShip the playerships speed, allowing it to keep pace with its prey!
